| Ashley Addison is a photographer from Anderson, South Carolina. Her prominent work has been shown in galleries, museums, and art shows across the Carolina’s and Georgia. She has received several awards for her distinguished style of photography.
The photography of Addison captures the sheer beauty and wonder of all God’s creations. Her photographs are bold and detailed, with dimension and clarity. The prints exhibit technical excellence with an artistic style. She is a master of composition, an image magician, who creates visual symphonies for the eyes and heart. Her photography features flowers to people, landscapes to celebrities and still life to wildlife.
As the middle of 4 children born to an entrepreneur father and a weather forecaster mother, Addison dreamed of being a journalist, not a photographer. It was at the Art Institute of Atlanta, while majoring in Photographic Imaging, where she found her passion. This proved to be the perfect medium for her, one which reflected both her strength as a journalist and her love of photography.
